KWCF-20T Parchment Coffee Testing Dehuller is an automated processing device built on the principle of differential-speed counter-rotating roller milling. It features a pair of rubber rollers rotating toward each other at different linear speeds, which dehull parchment coffee beans through compression and gentle friction tearing. Roller pressure is adjusted via springs, while roller clearance is controlled by push rods. Equipped with a feed hopper and blanking slide plate, it ensures even material feeding. The motor drives the dust removal fan directly via a hexagonal belt for eco-friendly operation. Leveraging the difference in suspension

velocity between hulled coffee beans and parchment husks, built-in air suction separates clean green beans from husks post-dehulling.
